Both teams struggled to hit shots early on, but the Golden Bears (12-12, 7-7 RSC) held Carlow (1-24, 0-14 RSC) to just 15 points in the first half.
The Celtics scored twice as many points in the second half, but a 14-2 WVU Tech run late in the half put the game even further out of reach for Carlow.
Nehemiah Brazil led the Celtics with 13 points and four assists.
Hunter DeStefano scored two of Carlow's three treys, contributing 10 points and eight rebounds.
David Clary added two big blocks on the night.
WVU Tech's Brant Smithers sank four of the Golden Bears' 11 treys on the day to lead all scorers with 14 points.
Two other players added double-figure scoring and Darrin Martin picked up a double-double 12 points and 10 boards off the bench for WVU Tech.
The Golden Bears out-rebounded the Celtics, 50-42, and scored 24 points off the bench to Carlow's 18.
Saliou Diop recorded six of the Golden Bears' 10 blocks.
In addition to basketball senior day festivities, cheerleading and game crew seniors were also recognized.
During halftime, the Cheerleaders honored senior captain Mystique Cash.
