Robert Morris Academy Red sweeps Carlow Rocket League Gold

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University Rocket League Gold fell, 3-0, to Robert Morris University Academy Red Thursday night.

Game One

Carlow dropped game one versus Robert Morris, 5-2. Brady Fest (Pittsburgh, Pa./Brentwood HS) and Angelo Fernandez (Williamsport, Pa./St. John Neumann Regional Academy) each scored for Carlow in game one.

Game Two

Carlow jumped out to a 1-0 lead and possessed most of the game. Robert Morris was able to equalize and send the game into overtime by scoring with no time remaining on the clock. RMU was able to clinch game two scoring just 40 seconds into overtime.

Game Three

Game three was a back-and-forth draw for the first 3:35 when RMU scored first. Carlow answered just 12 seconds later with a goal by Fest to tie the game. RMU scored once more with only 0:38 left to win game three and the match.
