Men’s Golf defeated in home dual against Geneva College

MCKEESPORT, Pa. --- Carlow University men's golf lost a 316-345 dual to Geneva College at Youghiogheny Country Club Saturday afternoon.

Geneva forfeited the women's match, which was also slated to tee-off at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Newcomer Zach Jubeck scored the top spot for the Celtics with an 81. Ryley Stephenson and Christian Rotundo also shot in the mid-eighties.

Austin Goehring led the Golden Tornadoes and all individuals with a 3-over-par of 75. Teammate Tim Ehko secured second place with a 76.

"We need to be more consistent and believe in our game," Head Coach Ryan Shank said.

The Celtics return to action at the Grove City Fall Invitational Sept. 14.
