Men’s Golf concludes spring season at Sinking Valley Country Club

ALTOONA, Pa. --- Carlow University men's golf placed 17th of 17 teams at the Penn State Altoona Spring Invitational Friday afternoon.

The Celtics battled through damp, chilly conditions at par-72 Sinking Valley Country Club, led by Zach Jubeck who shot a 90 on the day to place 74 of 90 golfers.

Logan Smith followed closely behind with a 91, and Christian Rotundo shot a 92 to contribute to Carlow's team score of 371. Ryley Stephenson rounded out scoring for the Celtics with a 98, and CJ Lucas shot 117 on the day.

Peter Nusbaum shot par to lead host Penn State Altoona to a first-place team finish with a score of 295. Juniata's Harrison Levithan also carded a 72 on the day to tie for first place individually.

The invitational today closed out Carlow's 2024 spring season.
