Women’s Golf places sixth at Westminster Invitational
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. --- Carlow University women’s golf placed sixth of eight teams at the Westminster College Invitational Friday.

The Celtics tallied a score of 402, with Emilee Miller carding a 93 to lead the team at par-72 Avalon Field Club at New Castle.
Maci Lorigan tied for 23rd with a 100, and Bell Spahr tied for 26th with a 102.
Lilli Hope and Ava Grew rounded out scoring for the Celtics with 107 and 110 respectively.
Mya Mrkonja led host team Westminster to a first-place finish after leading all 47 golfers with a 79.
The Celtics head to the USCAA National Championship at the Penn State Blue Course in State College, Pa. Oct. 9.
