Women’s Golf lands in second place at Geneva tri-match

The Celtics faced off against host Geneva College and two individuals from Bethany (W.Va.) College, falling 387-452 to the Golden Tornadoes.
Maci Lorigan (Kittanning, Pa./Armstrong HS) once again led the Celtics, carding a 96 on the par-71 course to place fourth overall.
Ava Grew (Irwin, Pa./Hempfield Area HS) placed sixth with a score of 112, while Jena Norman (McCandless, Pa./North Allegheny Senior HS) and Ella Graff (Kittanning, Pa./Armstrong HS) rounded out scoring for the Celtics with 120 and 124, respectively.
The Golden Tornadoes' Madison Sharek placed first with a score of 82.
Carlow returns to action at the Grove City Invitational Thursday.
