PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women’s tennis fell, 6-1, to visiting Saint Vincent College at the Schenley Oval Sportsplex outdoor courts Thursday night.

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women's tennis fell, 6-1, to visiting Saint Vincent College at the Schenley Oval Sportsplex outdoor courts Thursday night.
Senior Caitlin McCarthy (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton HS) swept her No. 2 singles match, 6-1 and 6-1, to score Carlow's lone point.
Elle Duda (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park HS) and Lyric Knepshield (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk HS) won in the No. 3 doubles spot, 6-2, but the Bearcats claimed the other two doubles matches to secure the point.
The Celtics host Waynesburg University for a 6 p.m. match tomorrow.
