Wagner repeats as AMCC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. --- Carlow University women's indoor track & field athlete Molly Wagner earned her second AMCC Athlete of the Week honor for the second week in a row, the league announced Monday.

Wagner, a senior from Pittsburgh, Pa., earned another top-10 spot with a sixth place finish in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.14 at the University of Mount Union Jim Wuske Invitational Jan. 27.

She ran 8.13 in the 60-meter dash preliminaries and finished 14th in the 200 with a time of 27.45. Wagner was also part of the 4x200 relay team that placed fourth with a time of 1:56.18.

The Celtics return to action at the Marietta Alumni Open Feb. 3.
