Back-to-back: Women’s Indoor Track & Field sweeps AMCC Athlete of the Week honors

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. --- Carlow University women's indoor track & field swept AMCC Athlete of the Week honors for the second week in a row, the league announced Monday.
Molly Wagner earned her fourth AMCC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor this season and her second in the row after her performance at the Muskingum University Muskie Meet No. 4 Feb. 16. She led the way for the Celtics with three first place finishes in the 60 (8.03), 200 (26.88) and as part of the first place 4x400 relay team that included Ella Cloak, Christina Smith and Laci Schwirian. The relay team finished with a time of 4:38.03.
Sydney Taylor earned her first AMCC Athlete of the Week honor after a first place leap of 10.42 meters in triple jump, which was a personal best for the first-year athlete. She also landed a personal best 4.72 meters in long jump to place third in the event.
