Women’s Track & Field sees personal bests on blustery day at Carnegie Mellon
PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women’s outdoor track & field tallied seven top-10 finishes at the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational Friday and Saturday.

The Celtics ended the event 12th of 16 teams.
Graduate student Olivia Miller beat her own 2021 outdoor school record in triple jump with a leap of 10.92 meters to land in fourth place. Miller also threw a personal best 29.97 meters in javelin.
Mya Greschner and Trista Miller placed seventh and ninth respectively in the 100-meter dash, and all of Carlow's entries in the event recorded personal best times.
Laci Schwirian hit a PR in the 1,500-meter race, while Christina Smith and Leia Day both landed personal bests in high jump, with the former placing fifth.
Mya Waage made her transition from basketball to track & field season with her collegiate debut in discus.
