Wagner repeats as AMCC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week
NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. --- Carlow University track & field athlete Molly Wagner earned her second AMCC Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor, the league announced Monday.
The senior from Pittsburgh, Pa. placed fourth and fifth in the 100 and 200 with times of 12.65 and 26.28, respectively, and was also part of the 4x100 relay team that finished third with a time of 51.74.
The Celtics competed against 16 other colleges and universities across all three NCAA divisions, placing 12th as a team at the 54th Annual Sparky Adams Invitational, hosted by Baldwin Wallace University Saturday.
Next up for the Celtics is the USCAA Championship April 26 and 27 in Springfield, Mass. Athletes must meet qualifying marks to be entered into their respective events.
