Cloak earns USCAA Cross Country Runner of the Week

PITTSBURGH --- For the second time this season, Carlow University junior Ella Cloak earned USCAA Cross Country Runner of the Week honors, the association announced Tuesday.

USCAA RELEASE

PITTSBURGH --- For the second time this season, Carlow University junior Ella Cloak earned USCAA Cross Country Runner of the Week honors, the association announced Tuesday.

Cloak (New Cumberland, Pa./Trinity HS) led the Celtics with a first place finish of 22:48.6 in the 3.11-mile Mountie Invitational, hosted by Mount Aloysius College Sept. 28. The Celtics recorded a team score of 28 with an average time of 24:32.

It was the first time the Celtics placed first as a team since the Penn State Greater Allegheny Invitational on Sept. 16, 2017.

Carlow competes at the Pitt Greensburg Fall Classic Oct. 5.
